Sers responsvel por: Resoluo de problemas tcnicos de hardware e software; Assistncia tcnica remota aos sistemas implementados nos clientes; Diagnstico e resoluo de problemas de hardware, software, falhas de aplicaes, erros de sistema operativo e problemas de rede; Relao com fornecedores externos no mbito da manuteno e suporte tcnico; Gesto dos tickets de suporte tcnico Requisitos Curso Tcnico Profissional (nvel 4 do Quadro Nacional de Qualificaes) ou Licenciatura em Informtica, Computadores, Redes ou reas relacionadas; Domnio da lngua inglesa; Capacidade de comunicar claramente com utilizadores e colegas, demonstrando empatia e pacincia.
