We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications.
The ideal candidate has solid experience with modern Java (Java 11+), Spring ecosystem, and microservices architectures, and enjoys working in collaborative Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain microservice-based applications using modern Java technologies.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and backend integrations.
- Work with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks to deliver robust, maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Frontend) to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability following best development practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java 11+ (Java 17 preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Good understanding of SQL / NoSQL databases.
- Fluency in English (B2+).
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers.
- Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
