Job Description
Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of IT systems and resolving technical issues promptly.
Provide first-level technical support via various channels (portal, email, phone, in-person);
Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues;
Monitor IT systems and applications for availability and performance;
Manage service requests and incidents using a ticketing system, adhering to SLAs;
Develop user guides and training materials; provide user training;
Manage hardware and software inventory; order equipment; install and configure systems and software;
Configure and maintain network operating systems, data communication applications, and wired/wireless networks;
Enforce security policies and procedures; manage IT security solutions (antivirus, firewall, backups); ensure data protection and compliance;
Identify process improvement opportunities; generate IT support reports and performance metrics;
Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems; stay updated on relevant technology and industry best practices.
Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any other equivalent/relevant field;
1-3 years of experience in the area or similar, preferably in the context of a tech company;
Strong time management, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
