Job Description

  • Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient operation of IT systems and resolving technical issues promptly.

  • Provide first-level technical support via various channels (portal, email, phone, in-person);

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues;

  • Monitor IT systems and applications for availability and performance;

  • Manage service requests and incidents using a ticketing system, adhering to SLAs;

  • Develop user guides and training materials; provide user training;

  • Manage hardware and software inventory; order equipment; install and configure systems and software;

  • Configure and maintain network operating systems, data communication applications, and wired/wireless networks;

  • Enforce security policies and procedures; manage IT security solutions (antivirus, firewall, backups); ensure data protection and compliance;

  • Identify process improvement opportunities; generate IT support reports and performance metrics;

  • Perform preventive maintenance on computer systems; stay updated on relevant technology and industry best practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any other equivalent/relevant field;

  • 1-3 years of experience in the area or similar, preferably in the context of a tech company;

  • Strong time management, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
