Are you a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a passion for
leading complex, end-to-end technical solutions in the telecommunications and
cloud domains?

We are looking for a Core - TPM Engineer to join our team
and drive the successful delivery of innovative projects, ensuring technical
excellence and superior customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM), you will be the
technical leader and owner of complex projects, guiding them from pre-sales to final
delivery.

Your mission is to:

·        
Lead and direct the technical functions
of the Analysis & Design group and the Integration, Verification &
Validation group.

·        
Ensure seamless integration, verification,
and validation
of our telecommunications and cloud technologies.

·        
Manage selected complex projects where we
are the End-to-End owner, including first-of-a-kind, large, non-standard, and
cross-organizational solutions, or those involving third parties.

·        
Contribute during the pre-sales phase to
help win new business by convincing customers of our solution's value.

·        
Solve complex technical issues and drive
projects to meet challenging deadlines with a strong sense of ownership and
leadership.

Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, and self-directed
professional.

Required Experience and Skills:

·        
A minimum of 7 years of experience in complex
projects
with cross-domain and E2E technology areas.

·        
Extensive experience in Telco Core networks
and Cloud and Data Centers.

·        
Strong understanding of pre-sales aspects,
including scoping, estimation, and risk management.

·        
Proven ability to lead and coordinate
technical issues
.

·        
Self-starter with a strong sense of
business ownership and leadership.

·        
Ability to create order and structure in an
ambiguous environment.

·        
Experience with Configuration and Change
Management
.

·        
Proficiency in IP Networking Protocols
such as OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, and BFD.

·        
Knowledge of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP,
VRRP, and HSRP
.

·        
Excellent communication skills and a
proactive attitude.

Mandatory Requirements & Key Skills

To be considered for this role, your CV must clearly demonstrate the
following:

·        
IP/MPLS protocols (IGP, BGP, RSVP, LDP,
etc.) and Mobile Network interfaces/protocols (2G-3G-4G-5G).

·        
Your experience in managing complex, End-to-End
solutions
.

·        
Your involvement in the pre-sales phase
of projects.

·        
English speaking proficiency.
