Job description

About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer who thrives at the intersection of customer success, technical consulting, and automation design.
You’ll work directly with customers to ensure their technical onboarding, integrations, and automations are smooth — helping them turn MeetGeek into an extension of their workflows.

You’ll also collaborate internally to design and optimize automation flows that streamline internal operations and processes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building, and enabling others to succeed with powerful technology.
What You’ll Do Technical Implementation & Troubleshooting
Guide customers through advanced setup, integrations (Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make), and agentic automation flows.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to triage issues, test edge cases, and provide technical feedback.
Handle Intercom tickets and stay in the loop with our user feedback Slack channels.
Customer Onboarding & Enablement
Design tailored success plans and ensure MeetGeek is fully integrated into their stack.
Host onboarding sessions and technical workshops to demonstrate best practices.
Automation & Workflow Design
Build and optimize automation workflows that connect MeetGeek to external systems (CRMs, project tools, data platforms).
Help customers leverage MeetGeek’s API and webhooks to create custom extensions.
Build and optimize internal automations that streamline operations, and customer success processes.
Data-Driven Success
Monitor usage metrics, and adoption rates.
Identify opportunities to expand customer value through integrations, feature adoption, and automation.
Knowledge & Documentation
Contribute to the technical knowledge base with troubleshooting guides, best practices, and how-to articles.
Share insights from the field to help shape the product roadmap.
About You 2–3 years in a Customer Success Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or Technical Account Manager role in SaaS
Experience with API integrations, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.), and webhooks
Confident troubleshooting across systems and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
You’re both consultative and technical — able to guide customers strategically while getting hands-on in their setup
Fluent in English, with bonus points for other languages
