Position Overview
As a Developer Experience Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing our software development lifecycle.
Your primary focus will be on implementing and enhancing Azure DevOps pipelines, integrating with essential CI/CD tools such as SonarQube and Artifactory.
This role is pivotal in automating our build, test, and deployment processes to ensure efficient, secure, and rapid software delivery.
What you will do:
Azure DevOps Pipelines Integration
Implement and refine Azure DevOps pipelines for seamless integration with CI/CD tools like SonarQube and Artifactory, focusing on code analysis, artifact management, and security scanning.
Streamline CI/CD workflows to automate the software delivery process, enhancing speed and reliability.
CI/CD Tools Optimization
Ensure optimal configuration and management of CI/CD tools within the Azure DevOps environment, focusing on continuous integration and deployment efficiency.
Work on automating security and quality checks within the CI/CD pipeline to maintain high coding standards and security compliance.
Collaboration and Documentation
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to align CI/CD practices with organizational objectives.
Create documentation and guides to assist in the onboarding and training of teams on Azure DevOps practices and CI/CD tool integrations.
What you will need:
5+ years of experience in a DevOps, software development, or related role, with a focus on developer experience and CI/CD practices.
Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript required and Python/Golang preferred.
Solid background in automating build, test, and deployment processes.
Deep understanding of Azure DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
Expertise in managing and automating cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
Strong understanding of build automation, code analysis, artifact management, and security practices in a CI/CD context.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and continuous learning.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
