This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional experienced in managing and expanding indirect sales channels across multiple countries.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales pipeline and recurring revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across regions to implement and execute partner strategies and initiatives.
  • Engage in strategic selling and solution-based approaches to support complex sales motions.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, forecasting sales outcomes, and reporting progress to leadership.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with multiple stakeholders across functions and territories.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in channel sales, with direct strategic sales experience being an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex, and strategic channel partnerships.
  • Knowledge of UCaaS, CCaaS, and the partner business ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to handle complex sales processes, strategic engagements, and solution selling.
  • Self-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and technology adaptation.
  • Fluent in English and Polish; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the CEE & CIS regions as required.
