About the Role

As an Operations Associate on the Solutions team, you will be the quality gatekeeper and operational backbone of our AI implementations.

You'll ensure every client solution meets our high standards before deployment, while keeping our Solutions team running efficiently.

This role combines QA expertise, customer-facing support, and operational excellence to deliver flawless AI transformations.

You'll work directly with our Solutions team and AI Engineers teams to test, validate, and optimise AI agent deployments.

This is perfect for someone with a strong Operations and Quality background who wants to apply their skills to cutting-edge AI implementations while maintaining direct client contact.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Lead quality assurance processes for all client AI implementations before go-live
  • Develop and execute test cases for AI agent workflows and integrations
  • Identify bugs, edge cases, and potential issues in solution designs
  • Create quality assurance checklists and validation protocols for the Solutions team
  • Maintain quality standards across all solution deployments

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in our QA and implementation processes
  • Propose and implement operational improvements
  • Build automated testing workflows where possible
  • Use AI tools to streamline QA and documentation tasks
  • Maintain implementation quality metrics and reporting

Solutions Operations Support

  • Manage solution deployment schedules and project timelines
  • Organise and maintain solution documentation and client configurations
  • Manage documentation requests for data security and identify bottlenecks
  • Coordinate between Solutions, Sales, and Engineer teams
  • Maintain solution templates, playbooks, and knowledge bases

Customer-Facing Activities

  • Participate in client meetings and gather requirements
  • Document and triage customer-reported issues
  • Support client onboarding with quality checks and validation
  • Create customer-facing documentation and help guides
  • Assist with solution demonstrations when QA expertise is needed
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between implementation and support

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements

  • Based in Lisbon (or willing to work from Lisbon regularly)
  • Strong business experience and process knowledge
    with BPO/contact centre experience preferred.

  • Strong QA/Quality Assurance background
    (3+ years) - Experience in Outsourcing testing or solution validation
  • Customer-facing experience required
  • Comfortable leading client testing sessions and gathering requirements
  • Experience supporting technical or solutions teams
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to create scalable workflows

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and testing frameworks
  • Proficient with testing and project management tools
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills
